Shipping options depend on your account type. Approved patients may order directly through the patient portal, while providers can continue ordering inventory for office use and patient fulfillment.
Shipping information
How Products Are Delivered
Red Pill Medical products can be shipped either to participating provider offices or directly to approved patients, depending on how your account is set up.
Patients ordering through the Red Pill Medical patient portal receive secure checkout, order tracking, and direct shipment to the default shipping address saved on their account. Patients working with a provider may also receive products through their provider office as part of their care plan.
Provider Shipping
Providers in our network receive product shipments via FedEx or UPS, typically within 3–5 business days of placing an order. Expedited shipping options are available for urgent needs.
All shipments include proper temperature-controlled packaging when required and are fully insured during transit. Tracking information is provided for every order.
Order Issues
If your provider has received a damaged or incorrect shipment, they should contact our support team immediately at info@redpillmedical.com or call 1-844-RED-5442. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If you are a patient and have concerns about a product you received from your provider, please contact your provider directly. They can work with our team to resolve any issues.
Return policy
We stand behind the quality of every product. Here's how our return process works.
Provider Returns
Providers may return unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, providers should contact their account manager or email info@redpillmedical.com.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective or does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it at no charge regardless of the return window. Please retain the product and contact our team so we can investigate and ensure quality across all batches.
Patient Returns
Patients who order through the Red Pill Medical patient portal should contact Red Pill Medical support for return or exchange requests. Patients who received products directly from a provider office should contact that provider first so we can coordinate the appropriate next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, products without original packaging, and products beyond the 30-day return window are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order formulations are also non-returnable unless defective.
