Red Pill Medical is a B2B company. Products are shipped to healthcare providers, not directly to consumers. If you are a patient, please work with your provider for all product-related needs.
Shipping information
How Products Are Delivered
Red Pill Medical products are distributed exclusively through our network of licensed healthcare providers. Products are shipped directly to provider offices, not to individual consumers.
When you work with a Red Pill Medical provider, they will have products available at their office or can order specific products for you. Your provider handles all product fulfillment as part of your care plan.
Provider Shipping
Providers in our network receive product shipments via FedEx or UPS, typically within 3–5 business days of placing an order. Expedited shipping options are available for urgent needs.
All shipments include proper temperature-controlled packaging when required and are fully insured during transit. Tracking information is provided for every order.
Order Issues
If your provider has received a damaged or incorrect shipment, they should contact our support team immediately at info@redpillmedical.com or call 1-844-RED-5442. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If you are a patient and have concerns about a product you received from your provider, please contact your provider directly. They can work with our team to resolve any issues.
Return policy
We stand behind the quality of every product. Here's how our return process works.
Provider Returns
Providers may return unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, providers should contact their account manager or email info@redpillmedical.com.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective or does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it at no charge regardless of the return window. Please retain the product and contact our team so we can investigate and ensure quality across all batches.
Patient Returns
Since products are dispensed through healthcare providers, patients should contact their provider regarding any return or exchange requests. Your provider will work with Red Pill Medical to resolve the matter according to their office policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, products without original packaging, and products beyond the 30-day return window are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order formulations are also non-returnable unless defective.
