The terms that apply to patient membership, discounts, shipping, and follow-up consultations.

1. Membership Overview
Red Pill Medical patient memberships are optional care plans that add savings and support to your patient portal orders. Membership is available to approved Red Pill Medical patients after a medical consultation.
Membership is not insurance and does not replace your health coverage. Products and follow-up consults are arranged through your care team and billed separately.
2. Membership Tiers
Red Pill Medical offers four membership tiers: Bronze, Gold, Platinum, Black. Each tier carries its own monthly fee, order discount, and shipping benefit as shown on the membership page.
Bronze is included at no charge after your medical consult. Gold is $9.95 per month. Platinum is $19.95 per month. Black is a limited concierge protocol with a $995 initial fee and $595 per month, and requires a minimum 3-month commitment before you can opt out.
3. Order Discounts
Gold members receive 15% off patient portal orders. Platinum members receive 20% off patient portal orders. Black members receive the same order benefits as Platinum.
Bronze members receive 10% off autoship orders only. One-time Bronze orders do not receive a discount or free shipping.
Discounts apply to eligible products in the patient portal shop. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to membership fees, consultation fees, or shipping charges outside the stated benefit.
4. Shipping Benefits
Gold members receive free ground shipping on all portal orders. Platinum and Black members receive free 2-day shipping on all portal orders.
Bronze members receive free ground shipping on autoship orders. Standard carrier rates apply to all other Bronze orders.
5. Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up consultations are billed as a one-time fee of $79.00 for a nurse (RN) consult or $129.00 for a physician consult. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
A consultation must be paid for before the appointment time is reserved. Unpaid bookings are not held and may be released to other patients.
6. Billing and Payment
Membership fees are billed monthly through Square. You can manage or cancel your membership from your patient portal account at any time, except where a minimum commitment applies.
By enrolling in a paid membership you authorize Red Pill Medical to charge the applicable monthly fee to the payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Changes to Membership
Red Pill Medical may update tier benefits, fees, or membership terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of your membership after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You can change tiers or cancel a paid membership from your account. Cancellation stops future monthly billing; the current billing period remains in effect.
8. Eligibility
Membership requires an approved Red Pill Medical patient account. Benefits are tied to your patient account and are not transferable.
Red Pill Medical reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
